The operator places the product on the package loading tray in between the two layers of centerfold film. The operator then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. Once the hood is lowered, the Dual Magnets apply pressure to make the seal. Once the seal is made, the Automatic Magnetic Hold Down keeps the hooded chamber down until the film has shrunk. When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package.

Magnetic seal bar hold down and a power take-away conveyor (optional) allows the operator to prepare the next package before the end of the cycle.

Unique temperature controlled seal system provides consistent strong seals and increases the life of the seal wire when compared to traditional systems.
